Monitor your blood pressure conveniently at home with the WELLMED B01 Arm Digital Blood Pressure Machine. This automatic upper-arm device combines a clear green-backlit LCD with voice broadcast and simple one-key measurement.
Once the cuff is fitted correctly and the Start/Stop button is pressed, the machine automatically inflates, calculates the reading and displays systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse rate. Its memory function stores up to 99 readings per user, helping users maintain a record for discussion with a healthcare professional.
The unit has a compact 135 × 110 × 80mm body and supports both four AAA batteries and a compatible DC 6V power input.
Product Weight
The exact net weight of the monitor and its complete package weight are not visible on the supplied box. These should be physically measured or confirmed by the importer before publication.
How It Works
The WELLMED B01 uses the oscillometer measurement method. The cuff applies pressure around the upper arm, and internal sensors detect pressure variations caused by blood flow. The device then calculates and displays systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse rate.
For dependable home readings, an upper-arm monitor must be used with the correct cuff size and correct body position. The cuff should be applied directly to bare skin, while the arm remains supported at heart level.
Measurement Specifications
According to the packaging, the machine provides:
Pressure range: 0–280mmHg
Pulse range: 40–199 beats per minute
Pressure accuracy: ±3mmHg
Pulse accuracy: ±5%
Arm-cuff range: 22–36cm
Memory: Up to 99 readings per user
These are manufacturer specifications and should not be represented as proof of independent clinical validation.
Possible Discomfort or Side Effects
The device contains no medicine and does not normally produce medicinal side effects. Temporary tightness, pressure or mild cuff marks may occur while the cuff inflates.
An incorrectly sized cuff may produce unreliable results. Research summarized by the American Heart Association shows that cuffs that are too small or too large can meaningfully distort measurements.
Stop the measurement if the cuff causes severe pain, persistent numbness, unusual swelling or prolonged discomfort.
Brief Description
The WELLMED B01 is a compact automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor with a green LCD backlight, voice function, one-button measurement, intelligent pressure control, pulse monitoring and up to 99 stored records per user.
Necessary Information
A home blood pressure monitor supports regular measurement and recordkeeping, but it does not replace diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not start, stop or adjust prescribed medicine based only on a home reading.
Quick Tips
Confirm that your arm measures between 22 and 36cm.
Rest quietly for at least five minutes before measuring.
Avoid smoking, caffeine and exercise for 30 minutes beforehand.
Empty your bladder before taking a reading.
Apply the cuff directly to bare skin.
Keep your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
Support the arm at heart level.
Do not talk or move during measurement.
Take two readings at least one minute apart.
Record the results for review with a healthcare professional.
These steps follow current CDC and American Heart Association home-measurement guidance.
